Speakers

Bruce R. Heurlin, a founding shareholder of Heurlin Sherlock Panahi, began his career with the United States Department of Justice, then served as an Assistant United States Attorney, before entering private practice. Mr. Heurlin has acted as an arbitrator in numerous securities claims, and represented both investors and brokers. Mr. Heurlin has more than 20 years of experience in securities litigation.

Kevin M. Sherlock, a founding shareholder of Heurlin Sherlock Panahi, has more than 15 years of experience in securities, including acting as in-house counsel for reporting public companies. Mr. Sherlock has represented reporting companies, sellers of securities, and investors in securities matters.
