Our Nuts & Bolts series begins with one of the most important decisions in a criminal case: will the defendant be released or detained pending the resolution of his case, and if released, under what conditions?
Led by the Honorable Magistrate Judge Charles R. Pyle, this session will review the law, burdens, and procedure for both prosecution and defense advocacy of the detention issue.
