January 25\, 2010\; 3\:00 pm – 5\:00 pm\: Defense attorney Walter Nash and Assistant Federal Public Defender Heather Williams will present practical guidance in preparing for sentencing hearings.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion. The panel will include Judge Bury\, Judge Zapata\, AUSA Munish Sharda\, defense attorney Walter Nash\, AFPD Heather Williams\, and Supervisory U.S. Probation Officer Jim Cook.
