The Rehnquist Center at the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law will host the Conference on Federalism and Climate Change on February 11, 2008.

United States Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will deliver the keynote address. Justice Breyer will be joined by a distinguished group of panelists, including Solicitor General Paul Clement, and Judge William Fletcher of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
